Hannah Slone, is our new Wellness Consultant @ our NKY and Lexington locations. She will be conducting 30-minute sessions with patients wishing to receive personal consultations for fitness and nutritional lifestyle changes. You will work together to resolve barriers, set goals and celebrate successes.
Hannah is a graduate of Georgetown College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology. Hannah’s experience in fitness and nutrition is rooted from her education, personal lifestyle, helping family and friends achieve their health goals, and a strong passion to help others succeed by becoming healthier and happier individuals. Her main focus is to inspire others to change their mindset and habits regarding fitness and nutrition, realizing it is not a diet or temporary challenge, but a whole new way of life that involves all areas of health including mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. She’s excited to walk this journey with you and assist you in making lasting lifestyle changes.
